[naming] has moved to incubator-directory complete

[naming] has now moved to the Apache incubator as part of the Apache 
Directory project.

The dev list is:

directory-dev@incubator.apache.org

The sources are in the ASF Subversion repository, here:

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/incubator/directory/naming/trunk/?root=Apache-SVN

The URI for the Subversion repository is:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/directory/naming

For help getting started with Subversion, first grab a client here:
