Hi Julia,
It's been a while since we discussed release 0.11.0.
I know there's still churn in the .NET codebase. But it'd be good to make a
new release despite some churn. Can you give us an estimate timeline for
release 0.11.0? What are key issues to be resolved to release 0.11.0?

The one thing I an think of we should do before the release is to establish
build automation. That way we can make sure that our code always reliably
builds. Other than that, I see no reason not to push forward with a release.

Hi Gon,
Thanks for bringing it up. I look at the REEF-147 linked Jira issues, the only one that has not resolved is REEF-158. Looks like it is not valid anymore per Shravan's comments.
We have resolved most of the .Net issues. I think we are in pretty good shape now to release 0.11.0. There are always more work to polish it, but we need to cut a line somewhere. What do you think Markus and Beysim?
