Questions: Add/Remove network on VM

Hi Marcus,

Could you please answer the questions I have posted at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-645:

What does each parameter stand for :

IP address : The IP address of the VM ?
Networked: ID of which network - the network that the VM belongs to ?
