[Result] [vote] Petar Tahchiev as Maven [Assembly Plugin] committer
This vote has ended, and I'm happy to welcome Petar as a new Maven
committer! The results were:
+1 (binding): John, Jesse, Brett, Olivier, Brian, Wendy, Ralph, Arnaud,
Lukas, Dennis, Deng
+1 (non-binding): Raphael, Felipe, Benjamin, David, Oleg, Nicolas
Benjamin, I'm sorry if you're actually on the PMC now...I wasn't sure
which row to put you in. :-)
I'll follow up separately to see that Petar gains access to Maven's
code. As I mentioned, Petar is already involved in Apache Jakarta's PMC,
so he's already got a CLA on file.

Actually I think for committer votes, all committers are binding.
