Phonegap doesn't provide out of the box customization of the start url on WP8, whereas on Android or iOS it is available through the @src attr of the content tag in the config.xml file.

We have implemented this and we would like to contribute back to the community.

So I'm creating the ticket as a reference for the commit message.
