   @oschaaf I have posted the error.log with debug-level logging on nginx built `--with-debug` as a gist here:

   Since the cached object contains the questionable `Content-Length` header, I also included the debug logs from the first, successful request too as a separate file (`success-debug.log`) in the same gist.
