BSF3 access to the TCK

The JSR-223 spec [1] has a TCK to verify impls, does anyone know the
procedure for Apache to get access to this so we can do a BSF 3.0 release?
There's some info on the Sun site [2] - basically fill in a form and email
it to Sun. Can I do this on behalf of Apache? Do we need to tell anyone in
Apache we're doing this?

Send a note to Geir .. geirm@apache.org and he'll tell you what to do.
He's the JCP rep and expert and manages TCK access for all the projects.
