XSP doesn't work anymore
Does anybody know why the XSP sample doesn't work anymore? A URL of
http://localhost:8080/cocoon/xsp/simple?name=foo should show the
parameter but the generated html contains tags like
<xsp-request:get-parameter></xsp-request:get-parameter>

We saw the same problem today. Don't know why ... They've been some
change on the request and response classes. Are they correlated ?
