[I] need help: apisix init error [apisix]

### Description
According to official documents
building apisix from source,when i execute instruction 'apisix init', "ERROR: Please check the version of OpenResty and Lua, OpenResty 1.19+ + LuaJIT is required for Apache APISIX." is displayed.
### Environment
- APISIX version 3.9.x (run `apisix version`):
- Operating system (run `uname -a`):
- OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`):----1.19.9.1,and luajit version:2.1.0-beta3
- etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`):
- APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
- Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
- LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):

The error clearly says you need to have openresty installed. If you have already installed openresty and still getting this problem it maybe the openresty execuatable is not under your PATH variable.
