link encoding

Hi,

a couple of documents state, that links are to be encoded with comma as
directory-separator ( e.g.
<a href="$link.setPage("user,login.vm")"> Login </a>

I recognize no difference to using slash '/' as separator. All computed
links look the same ( with this %2C or %2F in it). Do we still have to
use commas? or has TemplateLink advanced?.
