regarding database to hdfs use case

Hello Sir,
              sir am trying to run the database to hdfs program using
Postgres database. when i upload .apa file in the apex and run, it will
start the event status shows accepted and also became running but it not
pulling any data it showing Jdbcpoller pending am not able to understand
what happens, please help me to resolve this problem.
