Description:
1) Hover dismiss issues (I am using Firefox mac not sure about other browsers)
Basically, it's easy to fool the hover and end up in a situation where you can't get it to go away. Seems as soon as you enter, even if you leave right away, the clock starts ticking and the hover shows. Then you can't get it to disappear, even clicking all around outside.
Seems at minimum, when you click outside of the hover, it should dismiss.
But also, the hover should stay as long as you are in the area. Then when you leave the area, it should dismiss auto (like in .5 seconds or less)?
It should appear cleanly (i.e. not fade-in).

2) Hover UI cleanup to make the dialog less busy (see attached).
3) Proposed changes to scv bar (losing the arrows between versions, moving the navigation arrows, reversing order) (see attached)
