Log:
Fix another size conversion warning that slipped under the radar. 
Once we are at it, fix formatting of code and comments in the
same function.

* subversion/libsvn_subr/cache-membuffer.c
  (svn_cache__membuffer_cache_create): fix conversion warning
   for apr_palloc call; various formatting fixes
