   ### What needs to happen?
   
   The apitools-generated StorageV1 client is being swapped out for the GCS Client, which has more stringent authentication requirements. Due to this, in sdks/python/apache_beam/examples, the following examples were experiencing DefaultCredentialsErrors related to a lack of credentials in their environments, causing tests to fail:
   - complete/game/user_score.py
   - cookbook/multiple_output_pardo.py
   - wordcount.py
   - wordcount_debugging.py
   - wordcount_minimal.py
   - wordcount_with_metrics.py
   
   To address this, the examples were wrapped in try-except blocks to catch the errors so the tests could run, but this is not ideal in the long-term. We need to update the test environments so the appropriate credentials are available when these examples run, allowing the try-except blocks to be removed without the tests failing.
