MSFT involvement in Windows support for Appium

Not sure if y'all are interested in this, but Jonathan Lipps, one of
the lead contributors to the appium project (automated testing
abstraction layer for mobile devices, i.e. the Cordova of functional
testing), is working with some folks from MSFT to land this in Appium.

The underlying driver (the shim between the WebDriver protocol and
native automated testing in Windows Phone) repo is here in case
anyone's interested: https://github.com/appium/appium-windows-driver

That is all. Just me trolling for contributors :D
