Current version plans

Is it advisable to use trunk?

I'd like to take advantage of some fixes that are targeted for 4.3 but I
have no idea when to expect any new release.

I would say that it is ok to test with trunk, since there is no major issue
pending. But, I don´t recommend using it in production yet because it is not
stable with all changes in flight. 

 

As for the 4.3.0 release, I have been thinking about it too, and it is
probably time for us to start thinking about a push to have it out the door.
I´ll send a separate message for us to discuss this on the dev list.
