   Just dropping in to say that I'm also experiencing this issue and looking forward to being able to use superset some day. 
   
   Macbook Pro M3 Pro. Followed original poster's steps and got the same error:
   
   1. Clone repo
   2. Go to repo dir
   3. docker compose up
   4. See error:
   5. 'no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries'
