This is kind of similar to the problem in 42817.
The subsamples are hidden for the assertions, preprocessors, postprocessors etc
that are at the TransactionController level and higher. They only see the
transaction sample. So you could add an assertion to check the duration of the
whole transaction.

If you want to see the assertions for each subsample, add a SimpleController to
the TransactionController, and put samplers and assertionslisteners in there.

If one subsample fails, the whole transaction sample will have status "failed".

Test case: 
- nested transction conttrollers
- beanshell assertion problem: failureMessage and failure=true are not shown in
assertion results listener
- subsamples of a transaction controller are not shown in csv output....
