   Fixes #8142 
   
   ### Description
   
   Update the `isRealtime` flag when a segment is dropped by a realtime task.
   In `DruidSchema` added a check in `removeServerSegment()` when none of the replicas is a realtime server type, mark `isRealtime=0`.
   Added unit test.
   
   
   This PR has:
   - [x] been self-reviewed.
   - [x] added comments explaining the "why" and the intent of the code wherever would not be obvious for an unfamiliar reader.
   - [x] added unit tests or modified existing tests to cover new code paths.
