Working towards release 2.0 (was 0.9)

Jeff and myself are working towards a new release of jUDDI. The release
is renamed from 0.9 to 2.0 to show that this release supports
UDDI version 2.0. The idea is to work towards a v3 release, supporting
UDDI v3.

We have identified 3 issues that need fixing before we can do a release
(start a vote that is) which are related to the type of SOAP stack being
used:

and 1 feature we'd like to incorporate:

Please get involved if you think there are other issues that need fixing
for this release.
