For the master branch when I am installing alarm providers and catalog, I need to change nstallCatalogUsingWskDeploy.sh -> installCatalog.sh in Makefile.

2019-12-09 23:08:39 UTC - Ali Tariq: Hi guys, i am trying to increase the container idle period (`default:10 minutes`) in the deployment. I had previously tested, building a local invoker image after modifying the file `openwhisk/core/invoker/src/main/resources/application.conf` on docker-compose deployment and it worked. Now i am testing the same thing on kube-deploy, but the pods still exit after 10 minutes. Do i need to modify something else as well, in case of kube-deploy?
