[jelly] Is jelly moving ?

Hi,

 From the website, it looks like jelly didn't have lots of commits 
recently. Is this true ? If yes I would love the todo-list to be sort of 
updated to be directed towards the tought-bits/left-before-some-release 
and such things...
I guess I would like to help (although kind of loaded) but it would also 
help us see what is to be expected.
