   @cjwmorgan-sol if you want the older you build using the exisiting prj and slns. We havent touched those this just provides an additional build. 
   
   Stuff in nuget hasnt been published there by apache project, this has been done by others, outside this project, nuget unfortunatly allows anyone to upload to any namespace. We have no control.
   
   Going forwards, the intent is that we will look to publish the .net std build in nuget though
