Derby and SQL standard compliance

Is there any documentation which maps Derby features to one of the
SQL-standards (e.q. the SQL-99 feature list)?

It seems to me that there are some deviations like e.g.
Derby has a DATE bultin function defined like this:
      DATE ( expression )
while SQL-99 (and 92) has a DATE literal defined like this
      DATE <date string>

(Likewise with TIME and TIMESTAMP).
