Accounts are all requested, and I've filed an initial podling name
search. I think that will look good on our first report. :)

No. I think none of the Initial Committers have signed up to this
mailing list yet, I can only see 5 subscribers, and except us two that
leaves the 3 list moderators (Luciano, Matt, Zhijie).

Would perhaps you or Zhijie work with inviting the 9 named Initial
Committers to sign up to this list?

They can do so by sending a blank email from their preferred address to:

dev-subscribe@mesatee.apache.org
private-subscribe@mesatee.apache.org

(and equivalent for commits@ issues@ notifications@)

The moderators will need to approve subscription to the private@
address (PPMC+mentors only).

Project communication should move to use the public @mesatee.apache.org
mailing lists, so obviously we would then also want to promote this
list to the wider MesaTEE community - I understand there is an existing
mailing list?

I've copied in remaining mentors in case they are not yet subscribed.

Slow starting up.

Initial committers have not yet signed up to mailing lists (only 4 subscribers, all mentors?)
How has the project developed since the last report?

Initial setup in incubator (mailing list, whimsy).

The project is just starting up and did not get a report ready this
month. The champion need to work on migrating the initial committers and
eventually wider developer community to the apache.org mailing lists.
