missing files in TDK deps.list

Hi,

the files
- commons-digester.jar
- fulcrum-3.0-b2-dev.jar
- torque-3.0-b2-dev.jar
- village-1.5.3.jar
are missing from deps.list in TDK's CVS HEAD.

commons-digester.jar is also missing from the jar repository on the turbine site.

I understand that the non-maven build will be deprecated (or is), but 
build-maven.xml looked unready, so I thought this might still be relevant
