PR#909: "Program Files" on command line

    Has this issue been resolved yet (argv parsing yakking on long names
    such as "Program Files\apache")?

    ISTR seeing some message from Ben fly by about it, but..

If not, you may want to check out the source for vim, a vi clone that
runs under Unix and Windoze <http://www.vim.org/>.  It doesn't seem to
have this problem.
