FF - add agent capability that FF supports legends and fieldsets
----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TRINIDAD-138
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-138
             Project: MyFaces Trinidad
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Gabrielle Crawford
            Priority: Minor

the agent file here:
trinidad\trinidad\trinidad-impl\src\main\resources\META-INF\agent\gecko.xml

FF does support legends and fieldsets, so the file above should be updated to say that gecko supports legends and fieldsets by adding this line.

  <capability name="-adfinternal-fieldset" value="true"/>
