I, Louis Suarez-Potts, owns OpenOffice.ca and pay a service based in Canada for that privilege. I acquired the domain with the express intent of promoting OpenOffice.org in the day and have long wanted to transfer the ownership (and in particular the cost of paying for the domain) to Apache, so that it can do what it needs with it. I was told to file an issue with Infra, as I am here, to manage this transfer.

The invoice and other relevant information:

I will inform the office manager at OpenConcept Consulting that I have filed this issue and give her the number, so that she can track it.
