   **What happened**:
   On config-enhance branch,
   protocol/grpc/client.go init() before cofnig.Load() ,so warning "grpcConf is nil" and block the process.
   It's better to init clientConf when invoking NewClient()
   
   **What you expected to happen**:
   NewClient() successfully
   
   **How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)**:
   use dubbo-go-samples config-enhance rpc/grpc sample
   
   **Anything else we need to know?**:
