notice: updates to the uima website in support of GIT

I've committed a bunch of changes to the UIMA website, starting with the pages 
linked to by the "sources" link on the left, and adding also a bunch of pages 
linked to from a main nav page linked in turn from the left hand nav bar: "GIT".

I hope I've gotten things put down more or less correctly - but it's quite 
possible there's room for improvement :-).
