Language negotiation for cgi scripts without extensions

Hello,
seems subject did't work for cgi scripts without extensions, which are
placed to valid ScriptAlias directory, for example, i have scripts in
/cgi-bin/ script.ru, script.en, script.fr
On query:
GET /cgi-bin/script HTTP/1.0
Accept-language: ru

HTTP/1.0 404 Not found

If i move script.* to script.cgi.* - all work fine.
