Hi,
I have noted that config.sub/guess has been changed by APACHE... Removing it
from CVS is not a good idea...

Yeah. I was looking at that yesterday as I read your message, but I got
sidetracked. Basically, APR supports OS/2 and Rhapsody, which are
platforms that base libtool does not have yet. I will apply the rest of
your patch however (assuming I can find ten minutes today), if not, then
I'll get to it tomorrow.
