Building the Jetspeed site.

In order to build the Jetspeed 1 site, I had to comment out the 
following in maven.xml in the element <preGoal name="java:compile">
		<attainGoal name="prepare.apis"/>
		<attainGoal name="torque:om"/>


Otherwise the build will fail to build the site.
