Incubator release docs versus main release docs

Joe,

As I recall, I did a swath of editing to the non-incubator release docs to
clarify some things of late. Do you think that the incubator pages could
benefit from a pass, or do you have all the same stuff in there?

I still think the incubator release doc is chock-full of irrelevancy,
and is terribly organized overall.  Any improvements you could make
to it would certainly be welcome.
