Description: Oak Solr indexing / search could fail in case the configured working Solr server goes down (was: Oak Solr indexing could fail in case the configured working Solr server goes down, therefore it'd be good to be able to configure a certain amount of time / requests to be cached and eventually sent back when the server eventually goes up again.)
