Question on servlet samples

I am trying the Xalan serlvet sample DefaultApplyXSL on tomcat.  I like to
know how to enable media.properties so that the server can apply different
stylesheets depending on the browser used.  I read the readme file and the
comment in the source files but still could not figure out how to get it to
work.

Please help.
