[jira] [Updated] (INFRA-12005) VM for ComDev Solaris Zone

Daniel Gruno updated INFRA-12005:
---------------------------------
Status: Waiting for user (was: Waiting for Infra)

As discussed, you could simply use the existing comdev-vm we have in LeaseWeb and add wsgi to it. If need be, we can bump the resources, but I think it's got plenty of power as is. Do let me know if you want to proceed with this proposal. If so, we'd just need to change some DNS entries and modify the YAML file for the VM, and that'd be it.

> Key: INFRA-12005
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12005
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Task
> Components: Zones/Jails
> Reporter: Nick Burch
>
> Could a (new-style) VM be created for the current ComDev solaris zone to be migrated onto? Ubuntu 16.04 if that's easily available, if not 14.04
> It needs to host a single mod_wsgi python website, with a svn role account to keep the svn checkouts of committer info directories updated. (The svn role account already exists and is in use on the zone, so likely can be largely migrated over as-is)
> Fairly minimal resource requirements - should be similar to something like Steve or Reporter
> (Once it's available, we=ComDev can start sorting the puppet setup for it)
