eg, total cluster number is 4.
1. In installer step7, select 'Manage Config Group' for HDFS.
2. Add a new group called 'new gen', add 1 host to that group.
3. Then click on 'X' on Manage Config Group popup.
Results: default(3). The host we select to add to new group got lost.
Expected Results: default(4).
