The work with ACL checks org.apache.hadoop.ozone.om.OzoneManager is very complicated. An example of method calls:

OzoneManager.getVolumeInfo() -> OzoneManager.checkAcls() -> OzoneAclUtils.checkAllAcls() -> OzoneManager.checkAcls()

Such dependencies take a long time to understand. I suggest adding a separate class for all operations related to ACL checks
