svn: No repository found in 'svn+ssh://subversion.mydomain/'

I keep getting this no matter what I do when I use the svn+ssh protocol but
the same command works when just using the svcn protocol?

I know this will be somethng that I have done or not done but I just can't
work out what.

I can logon to the subversion.mydomain server with ssh without any problems
and the svn and file protocols work with the repository.

This occurs whether I try it from a FreeBSD or Linux client.

So what have I done or not done?

TIA,
Pep.

Pep, when you have a new issue to post, can you try to do so by making
a truly new, fresh post, and not by replying to an existing thread?

For those of us using threaded mailreaders, your posts keep showing in
inside unrelated threads. In many cases, this will result in your
message being deleted unread; in other cases, people will read it
thinking that it adds something to a certain thread, when in fact it
doesn't. Both of these are undesirable, obviously.

Thank you,
-Karl

Can you please show us a transcript?

By the way, 'svn+ssh://' always requires that you use an absolute path
to the repository. Maybe that's the problem.
