After rereading the wiki notes I see that a few topics are mentioned
as worth of dev list discussions.

Maybe making that a goal of the meeting ("come up with a list of
topics that need further dev list discussions") would make sense.

I suggest adding a "list of topics for the dev list" to such notes. It
looks like a number of important things were discussed that need to be
exposed here.

I see Tyson has done that for releases and SPI already, that's great!
