Samples broken 1

I downloaded the latest version from the cvs today.
All samples/hello-world/hello.xxx appear to be  broken.
Looks like the file jfor-0.7.0.jar in lib/optional is not the real one. It
is a copy of fop-0.20.4.jar
Replacing it with the correct one (must be about 132 kb instead of 1655 kb)
solved the problem.

I downloaded and tested it twice. So at least I tried to rule out mysterious
forces on my system, but you never know...
