Common failures currently don't emit proper Jenkins Symptoms, making build failure triage harder than it should be. This Epic tracks work on adding more symptoms throughout our test execution.

A symptom can contain a chunk of a log file, a starting timestamp, and a duration. See the xml files generated by the pytests. See the python package junit-xml. A symptom can exist for success or failure, and in general, it is better to always generate a symptom.
