I have 2 if controller in a thread group it only run through 1 controller and
stuck at the second one...I isolate disable 1 at the time and other working
fine.

Please create a simple test script that shows the problem and attach it to this
issue.
Rather than using HTTP samples, use the Java Sampler, and don't include any
sensitive information.

Without further information nothing CAN be done on this one,
Which seems to coarse to be a réal one ,
I made tests and i don't reproduce.
I close it, feel Free to open again with more détails,
Test plan and complete test scénario.
