Jetspeed w/ WebSphere 5.1

I see WebSphere 5.1 is supported. I installed the jetspeed app and it 
loads fine but it does not seem to find any of the j2-admin applications. 
I attempted to install this as a web app as well as adding it to an ear 
project with jetspeed itself and j2-admin and the layouts. Can anyone 
provide some guidance here on how to deploy the j2-admin portlets. I found 
the wiki page on it but it seem to be lacking.
