Currently e.in g., {{resource_provider_manager_tests.cpp}} many test cases contain explicit setup of {{http::Request}}s to interact with the resource provider manager API.

We should consider introducing helpers allowing to e.g., directly pass in a {{Call}} to receive a {{http::Response}} or even an {{Event}}.
