Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-288
Summary: 'empty' sections not accepted by wiki grammar
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Forrest
   Versions:
             0.6

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Fabio Rinaldi

    Created: Thu, 9 Sep 2004 1:19 PM
    Updated: Thu, 9 Sep 2004 1:20 PM

Description:
Currently sections (or subsection, or subsubsections) must have some
content in order to be accepted by the wiki grammar. 'Empty' sections
(which have only a title, but no content) are rejected.

For instance a skeleton document (containing only section titles),
would not be accepted by the current grammar.

The attachment contains a little patch to 'wiki.grm' which can
solve this problem, allowing sections not to contain any paragraph.
