When reading an mbox file, it is not possible to know which approach was used to escape the 'From ' lines.
This is a problem when generating a hash of the body contents, as different archives may have used different algorithms.
One approach is to remove all '>' prefix characters from such lines. This should be sufficient to eliminate the variations.
