### What happened + What you expected to happen
Linkis - publicservice startup fails, submitted to the mutilDatasource threw the exception is Java. Lang. NullPointException?
detailed error log：
Error Cause: The parameter configured with hive.meta has special characters, so it is not replaced correctly during installation. For example, hive. Meta. useSSL=false&createDatabaseIfNotExist=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8

You need to modify these parameters in conf/linkis-ps-publicservice.properties and set correct values.
```
